LOWELL, Mass. -- The UMass Lowell women's basketball heads down to Baltimore in a rematch of the program's first America East postseason appearance against UMBC on Saturday afternoon.

The River Hawks went on a 16-0 run in the third quarter, outscoring the Wildcats, 18-4, to erase a 13-point halftime deficit but suffered a defeat in the final minute on Wednesday night. Brianna Rudolph (Lynn, Mass.) scored 17 points, while Bri Stiers (Denver, Colo.) set a career high with 13 points.

A Win Would..
- Snap the River Hawks' seven-game skid against the Retrievers
- Mark UMass Lowell's second highest win total in Division I
- Be the River Hawks' their first AE win against a team other than Vermont since February 21, 2015 (New Hampshire)

Helping Herself
With her 90 helpers, Rolling is 57 assists away from setting the program's all-time single-season assist record, set in 2012-13 by Bianca Simmons (146). In her first season as a River Hawk, Rolling is already fourth all-time in the DI era for assists in a season.

Turning Mistakes into Points
The River Hawks matched their season high with 24 points off of turnovers in the win at Massachusetts. UMass Lowell outgained the Minutewomen, 24-3, for the team's largest advantage of the season.

Rolling All the Way to the Top
With her 10 assists against Fisher, Ren'Cia Rolling became the program' s DI single-game leader and the first player to reach double digit assists in a game since 2012.

Helping Each Other Out
The 25 team assists by UMass Lowell set a new Division I team high and is the most by a River Hawk team since 2016.

Stealing a Spot in the Records
With her six steals against Bryant, Brianna Rudolph now holds the Division I single-game mark. She now sits sixth in DI career history with 52 swipes.

Stealers and Helpers
The River Hawks have recorded 10+ steals and assists in three contests in 2018-19, a feat the team achieved four times in 2017-18.

Speeding Up the Fast Break
In the first 16 games of the season, UMass Lowell has scored 85 points on the break, nearly doubling last season's average (3.2). The 2017-18 River Hawks only eclipsed eight points three times and matched the output once.

Notables
