Katherine Claybaugh (Alamo, Calif.) each managed a team-high 24 kills last weekend for the River Hawks, while Jess Jubb (Millis, Mass.) totaled an impressive 15 total blocks (1s,14a) in the three matches in Boston. Bell leads the team with 84 kills, while senior middle blocker
Lade Adeniyi (Springfield, Ill.) ranks second on the team with 81 kills and a team-best 2.03 kills per set. Senior libero
Lindsey Visvardis (Homer Glen, Ill.) also leads the team with 10 service aces on the season.
UMass Lowell's 1.20 service aces per set rank third among America East teams.
SCOUTING THE WILDCATS: New Hampshire owns a 4-10 overall record and a 0-1 record at Lundholm Gym so far this year. The Wildcats are 1-4 in their last five matches, including a 3-1 loss to Temple on Saturday in their most recent match. Kennedi Smith led UNH with 10 kills in the losing effort. Gabri Olhava leads the team with 177 kills on the season and 3.11 kills per set, while Maddie Wiedenfeld has amassed 157 kills in her freshman campaign so far. Emily Tanski has tallied 298 digs to lead the Wildcats' roster.
ALL-TIME SERIES VS. UNH: The River Hawks have never defeated the Wildcats in America East play. UMass Lowell won its first-ever set against the Wildcats at Costello Athletic Center on September 22nd in a 3-2 loss in the series opener in 2017.

Katherine Claybaugh (Alamo, Calif.) posted a team and season-high 11 kills and a .500 hitting percentage for the UMass Lowell Volleyball team in the 3-1 loss at Northeastern in the final day of the New England Challenge at the Cabot Center on Sunday. Lindsey Visvardis (Homer Glen, Ill.) also chipped in with nine digs on defense. The River Hawks totaled 13 kills as a team in the first and third sets, while hitting at a .333 clip in the third and for a .206 hitting percentage in the opening frame.
VISVARDIS DIGGING HER WAY TO THE TOP: Visvardis has recorded 1,428 digs in her 3+ year career since joining the River Hawks in 2015, which ranks 35th among active NCAA players. Visvardis ranks fifth on the all-time school digs list, as she passed Kristina Martell (1,275; 2004-2007) during on the opening weekend. She needs 24 digs to tie Stacey Graf for fourth place on the all-time UMass Lowell digs list. Visvardis' 3.46 digs per set is fifth best among America East players. She has amassed 159 digs in 46 sets this season, which is tied for fifth among league players. She has registered 10+ digs in eight of 13 matches and she totaled a season-high 21 digs in the 3-2 win against Fairleigh Dickinson on September 1st.
