Megan Hendrick (Alexandria, Va.) led the visitors with 11 points and a career-high six assists.
Paula Lopez (Leon, Spain) added nine on 4-of-4 shooting, while
Felicia Korte (Watertown, Mass.) scored her first two baskets in her collegiate debut.
After the River Hawks (3-20, 0-10) took an early lead on a
Katie McKie (Austin, Texas) jumper, the Great Danes rattled off the next 12 points.
Paula Lopez (Leon, Spain) scored six of the visitors eight points in the opening quarter as UAlbany (20-4, 9-2) led 22-8 after one.
Tiana-Jo Carter made all 11 of her field goals and four of her free throws to finish with 26 points, while Mackenzie Trpcic added 11 and 11 assists.
The Great Danes outscored UMass Lowell 30-10 in the second to open a 52-18 advantage at the half. Lopez had nine points at the break for the visitors.
McKie and Hendrick each connected on a triple in the third quarter, as the pair combined for nine of the River Hawks' 19 points in the frame.
UMass Lowell returns home for a Thursday night matchup against Stony Brook at 7 p.m.
