LOWELL, Mass. – THe UMass Lowell men's soccer team looks to conclude a perfect home stand with a Saturday night game under the lights against UAlbany, in a rematch of the 2017 America East Championship game. 

The River Hawks took care of business in their last game, blanking Binghamton 3-0, to move into a tie for second place in the conference standings. Roko Prsa (Zagreb, Croatia) picked up the game-winning tally with his score in the fourth minute, while fellow Croatians Ivan Abramovic (Zagreb, Croatia) and Dario Jovanovski (Zagreb, Croatia) added insurance with goals less than a minute apart in the second half. 

SPREAD RESPECT
This week's game is the third of three America East Spread Respect games on UMass Lowell's campus this fall. RIVER HAWK LEADERS
Prsa's score moved him atop the lineup with 11 points, while he is tied with Stanley Alves' (Minas Gerais, Brazil) four scores. Alves and Prsa have combined for five of UMass Lowell's seven game-winning goals. Between the pipes, Zach Rowell (Haverhill, Mass.) is 6-1-2 with 19 saves and a 0.44 GAA, in addition to five shutouts, while Patrik Gujic (Bjelovar, Croatia) is 1-3-0 with 16 saves and a 1.78 GAA.
 
SOARING IN THE NATION
- Rowell is third in all of Division I with a 0.44 GAA to lead the America East with five shutouts as well
- Alves' three game-winning goals sit tied for 21st and is tied for second in the conference

SCOUTING UALBANY
- The Great Danes (5-8-0, 1-3-0) enter the matchup on a two-game winnings streak 
- UAlbany is 2-6 away from home, including 0-2 in conference
- Nico Solabarrieta paces the offense and conference with nine goals and 21 points
- Daniel Krutzen leads the AE with his nine assists
- In net, Danny Vitiello has allowed 20 goals for a 1.48 GAA, with 42 saves and no shutouts

The Binghamton win improved the River Hawks to 30-1-3 since September 13, 2015 when UMass Lowell scores first. 

HOME, SWEET HOME
Over the last 23 games at Cushing Field, the hosts are 18-2-3 dating back to 2016. The River Hawks are 27-9-4 in the Mill City since 2014.

Stanford's lone goal snapped UMass Lowell's program record consecutive shutout minutes mark at 403:33.

Kauzlaric and Gujic were named AE Rookie and Defensive Player of the Week (9.24) ... coming off his first career shutout, Rowell was named the America East Defensive Player of the Week (8.20).

For the second consecutive season, the River Hawks were picked as the favorite to win the America East, voted on by the coaches.
