LOWELL, Mass. -- Junior attackman
Sean Tyrrell (Calgary, Alta.) notched a game-high four points (3g,1a) for the UMass Lowell Men's Lacrosse team in Tuesday afternoon's 8-7 loss to Fairfield at Cushing Field Complex in non-conference action.Â
The River Hawks fall to 1-3 overall with the loss, while the Stags improve to 2-2 overall on the season.Â

Jon Phillips (Delta, B.C.) chipped in with three points (1g,2a) in the losing effort for the River Hawks, while
Austin Lane (Aurora, Ont.) finished the day with two goals.Â

Cam Hult (Nashua, N.H.) led the River Hawks with a team-high six groundballs.
Dylan Beckwith totaled a team-high three points (2g,1a) for the Stags in the win.Â
UMass Lowell returns to action for its first road contest of the season on Saturday, March 4th at Monmouth. Game time from Monmouth Stadium is 1 p.m.
