SCOUTING THE RIVER HAWKS: UMass Lowell enter's Saturday's game with a 0-2 overall record after a 17-7 loss to No. 9 Yale last Saturday in the season opener at Cushing Field Complex. Junior midfielder Sam Klingsporn (Aloha, Ore.) led the way with three goals in the losing effort, while freshman goalkeeper Grant Lardieri (Ada, Mich.) stopped nine shots against the Bulldogs in 45 minutes of action for the River Hawks in his second career start.

Klingsporn leads the team with seven goals, eight points and 13 shots through two games. His seven goals ranks tied for fourth among America East players. He has accounted for 58% of the team's goal output through two games with five other River Hawks getting in the scoring column so far this season. Lardieri has made 16 saves in two contests (13.36 GAA, .410 save%). Freshman Michael Rouskas (Montville, N.J.) leads the team with 13 faceoff wins (35%). The River Hawks own a 0-1 record on the road so far this season and will play three of their next five games away from home.

SCOUTING THE SAINTS: Siena has started the season with a 0-3 overall record, after its most recent loss on Tuesday at Mercer, 12-11. Chris Robertson is the team's leading scorer with six points (4g,2a). Tommy Cordts has seen the majority of action in between the pipes with 23 saves. Siena's only home game to date was a 12-9 loss to Hobart on Saturday, February 20th.
