SCOUTING THE RIVER HAWKS: The River Hawks six-game win streak at home was brought to a halt in a 78-50 loss to the reigning America East champion Albany Great Danes on Sunday. Junior forward Lindsey Doucette scored a team-high 13 points and added four rebounds, two blocks and two steals in the losing effort. ALL-TIME SERIES: The River Hawks trail 0-2 in the series against the Black Bears, dropping both meetings during the 2013-14 season. Then-sophomore Lindsey Doucette scored 17 points and grabbed 13 boards in a 75-66 home loss. Guards Jasmine McRoy and Shannon Samuels tallied 19 and 16 points, respectively, with McRoy adding eight rebounds. HUNTING SEASON: Several River Hawks found success against the Black Bears in their two meetings. Shannon Samuels averaged 23.5 points, including a 31-point effort where she went 8-of-15 from the field and set her previous career-highís for free throws made (14) and attempted (15). Samuels broke that mark against UMBC on Thursday with her 16-for-17 shooting display from the stripe.

Lindsey Doucette has also made her presence felt against the Black Bears, registering double-doubles in both games and averaged 14.5 points and 11.5 rebounds in the contests.

TOP TRIO: The River Hawks trio of Shannon Samuels, Jasmine McRoy and Lindsey Doucette have poured in a combined 569 points and rank fourth among America East schools.

HARRIS' FIRST: The River Hawks victory over the Retrievers was the first America East Conference win for first-year head coach Jenerrie Harris who was named the programs seventh head coach on June 26, 2014.
