The River Hawks Set to Play Three in Williamsburg, VA

UMass Lowell will play one game with host William & Mary and two games against Brown.

The River Hawks will play a trio of games this weekend in Williamsburg, Va. On Friday night UMass Lowell will play William & Mary at 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday they will play Brown at 1:00 p.m.
 
UMass Lowell has an 8-3 overall record.  Junior Matthew Sanchez (Sunrise, Fla.) leads the River Hawks with a .326 batting average and .395 slugging percentage. Junior Jimmy Ricoy (Lowell, Mass.) has seven RBI and has scored eight runs.  
 
The College of William and Mary sits at 14-6, while Brown comes into the weekend with a 1-5 record.
 
Michael Katz has knocked in 37 RBI for the Tribe this season. Ryan Lindemuth has scored a team-high 28 runs. William and Mary are averaging 9.2 runs through 20 games.
 
Brown's senior Daniel Massey has three RBI, while freshman Robert Henry has scored three runs on the young season for the Bears. Brown has been shutout three out of its six games so far.     
 
Last time out for the River Hawks was on Wednesday at Yale. Freshman Raz Bracha (Irvine, Calif.) and senior Garrett Cole (Bedford, N.H.) combined to pitch the sixth no-hitter in UMass Lowell history, but came up on the wrong end of the score as the River Hawks fell, 1-0, in New Haven, Conn. at Yale Field.
