However, Bentley came storming back in the home-half of the third inning when Shannon Connor launched a three-run homerun to right field, tying the game at three.

Ariana Darcy solo homerun to right-center field.
The game remained tied at four through two scoreless frames in extra innings before the contest was called due to darkness.
Courtney Lanfranchi tossed four and two thirds innings for UMass Lowell and allowed one run on four hits.
Halley McDevitt pitched six innings for Bentley and allowed four runs on nine hits.
