Jill Krouse started at UMass Lowell in the fall of 2025 and is currently in the position of Athletic Facilities Assistant.
In her current role, she supports game-day operations, assists with the oversight of student-employees, as well as assists with all equipment needs.
Krouse has extensive experience in NCAA Division I athletics, where she has supported game day production, fan engagement, and also created promotional content that enhances the overall event experience. She is passionate about blending creativity with operational execution and is continually eager to expand her skill set and grow professionally across new areas of the industry.
Jill is a communications and marketing professional with experience in digital media, content creation, and event operations. She holds a Master’s degree in Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Sports Management and Marketing from Merrimack College.
