AS A FRESHMAN: Started seven games with eight appearances due to injuries… netted one goal for two points on the season… posted one shot on goal in three attempts for a shot on goal percentage of  .333… first collegiate goal came against Rhode Island (8.27)

Ballard High School: Captain of girls Varsity Soccer during senior and junior year… Awarded team MVP, Excellence in Athletics and Academic Award... Member of National Honors Society, Earth Service Corps, Student Lives Always Matter, and was Girls Soccer Manager sophomore year while recovering from a concussion

Personal: Daughter of Mellissa and Jorge Marquez of Seattle, Washington… One of three children with an older sister and younger brother… Majoring in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Constructional Engineering… Chose to attend UMass Lowell because of desire to immerse herself in a new culture, while becoming more independent and playing Division 1 soccer… Hopes to Travel the world after her time at UMass Lowell
