AS A JUNIOR: CROSS COUNTRY: NCAA All-East Region Team, placed seventh (23:15.4) at the NCAA East Region Championship, led UMass Lowell to second place and seventh straight trip to the NCAA Championship • Northeast-10 Conference First Team, placed third in 18:47.6 to lead UMass Lowell to runner-up spot • NE-10 All-Academic First Team • 2009 USTFCCCA All-Academic Team • 2009 NE-10 Fall Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll • INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: NCAA Championship qualifier in the distance medley relay, seeded ninth with a time of 11:54.79, but withdrew due to an injury • Placed 13th in the mile at the New England Championship with a school-record time of 5:00.72 • Runner-up in the mile at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship (5:02.90).

AS A SOPHOMORE: CROSS COUNTRY: Overcame a stress fracture in her foot to earn NCAA East Region and Northeast-10 all-star honors, helping UMass Lowell to both team titles • Placed eighth in the East Regional in 23:17.8 • Also finished fifth at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship in 18:45 to earn NE-10 First Team honors • USTFCCCA All-Academic Team • NE-10 Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll • Division II Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award.

AS A FRESHMAN: All-American in the indoor distance medley relay • NCAA qualifier in the outdoor 1,500 meters (15th, 4:40.24) • Northeast-10 Conference Freshman of the Year in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field • NCAA Cross Country All-Northeast Region, placed eighth (23:17.7) • NE-10 First Team, placed fifth at the NE-10 Championship (19:08.9) • NE-10 champion in the indoor mile and the outdoor 3,000 meters • All-New England in the outdoor 4X800 (9:24.82) • Owns school records in the outdoor 1,500 (4:36.41) and 4X800 (9:24.82) and the indoor mile (5:02.21) and distance medley relay (11:54.72)

NASHUA SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL: Member of track team at Nashua South High School • All-State in the javelin • Ninth in the state heptathlon as a senior • Two-year starter on the basketball team • Attended Norwich to play basketball for one year before transferring to UMass Lowell • NNHS National Honor Society.
