AS A SENIOR: INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: All-American in the 800 meters, placed eighth in 2:13.28 • Also ran a leg on UMass Lowell[apos]s 4X400 meter relay team which placed ninth in 3:52.53 • Qualified for the NCAA Championship in three events: 800 meters (10th, 2:11.91), 4X400 meter relay (sixth, 3:50.24) and the distance medley relay (ninth, 11:54.79) • School records in the 800 meters (2:11.91), 500 meters (1:14.04) and distance medley relay (11:54.79) • All-New England in the 500 meters (second, 1:14.04) • NE-10 Champion in the 500 meters (1:15.16) • CROSS COUNTRY: Placed 20th (among 162) at the NCAA East Region Championship, helped lead UMass Lowell to seventh straight trip to the NCAA Championship • NE-10 Cross Country Championship Second Team • USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team.

AS A JUNIOR: Two-time All-American in the indoor distance medley (6th, 11:57.90) and the outdoor 800 meters (7th, 2:15.70) • Ran NCAA 800 trial in 2:10.62 • Broke school record in the 800 in the NCAA Championship preliminary with a time of 2:10.40 • Three-time All-New England standout in the indoor 800 meters (8th, 2:16.27), indoor 4X400 relay (5th, 3:52.63) and outdoor 4X800 (3rd, 9:09.88) • Northeast-10 Championship Most Valuable Athlete, two-time champion in the indoor 500 meters (1:17.08) and 4X400 relay (4:02.09) • NCAA Cross Country All-East Region, NE-10 Second Team all-star, led UMass Lowell to both team titles.

AS A SOPHOMORE: All-American in the outdoor 800 meters (2:12.07) and the indoor distance medley relay (8th, 12:01.85, ran the 800 in 2:14.9) • Three-time All-New England standout: indoor 4X400 relay (4th, 3:51.95), 800 meters (5th, 2:11.80) and 4X800 relays (5th, 9:24.82) • Set school records in both the outdoor 800 meters (2:10.40) and 4X800 • Northeast-10 Champion in the indoor 800 meters (2:17.93) and outdoor 400 meters (57.93) • NE-10, USTFCCCA All-Academic teams

AS A FRESHMAN: All-American in the distance medley relay which placed 7th at the NCAA indoor championship in 11:58.78 (ran the 800 meters in 2:15.80) • Also competed in the NCAA indoor 4X400, placing 10th in 3:53.60 • NE-10 Freshman Female Indoor Athlete of the Year, 800 meters champion (2:21.14) • All-New England in the indoor 4X400 relay (5th, 3:54.11) and DMR (4th, 11:56.31) and outdoor 400 hurdles (7th, 1:04.71).

MARSHFIELD HIGH SCHOOL: Ran four years of varsity track at Marshfield High School • State champion in the 600 m and 300 m hurdles • New England champion in 300 m hurdles • Set nine school records (600 m, 300 m hurdles, triple jump, 100 m hurdles, 55 m hurdles, 4 X 400 m relay, sprint medley relay, 800 m, 4 X 800 m relay) • 2006 Boston Globe Female Athlete of the Year • Also played varsity soccer at MHS • Member of the National Honor Society and Student Council.

PERSONAL: One of three daughters of Jennifer and Frank Catarius of Marshfield, Mass. • Sister, Erin, a former standout at Boston University. Lists the New England Patriots as her favorite professional team • Names Gail Devers as her favorite sports figure and her dad as her biggest influence • Majoring in exercise physiology.
