Biography

AS A SOPHOMORE (2014): She played in 33 sets, 17 matches and start five contests in 2014 for the River Hawks. Tuggle totaled 29 kills, to go along with three assists, 15 digs and three total blocks. She notched a career-high seven kills and career-high two total blocks on Oct. 10th at UMBC. Registered four or more kills on four occasions and recorded at least one kill in 10 of 17 matches. Had a season-high three digs on Nov. 21st vs. Nebraska-Omaha.

AS A FRESHMAN (2013): Appeared in 16 matches, starting two matches for the River Hawks. Recorded 40 digs, 19 kills, and three blocks in 34 games played. Tallied a five kills and 10 digs against UMBC on Nov. 10th

BEFORE UMASS LOWELL: Played at Palmer High School in Colorado Springs • Member of the track team • Won 5A State Championship in 4X800mm • Varsity Rock Climbing member • Played her club ball with Colorado Springs Altitude •  

PERSONAL: Tuggle is one of two daughters of Lucy Langly • Hobbies include longboard, hiking and camping • Majoring in Environmental Science.
