Biography

AS A FRESHMAN (2016): Bean did not play in her freshman campaign. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year player at Dover High School … Co-Captain and MVP in her senior year … set school record with 582 digs as a senior … two-time NH Division I Volleyball All-State First-Team Selection … Tournament MVP of the 22-0 NH High School Championship Division I Volleyball Team as a sophomore … finished her high school career with 707 kills.
 
PERSONAL: Daughter of Jeffrey and Anne Bean … has a sister and brother (Christina and Joshua) … enjoys singing, playing piano and composing music on her free time … was the lead in her high school’s production of Grease … lists the Boston Bruins as her favorite sports team and Tim Tebow as her favorite sports figure … chose UMass Lowell for the opportunity to play Division I volleyball and also be close to home.
