Home meets are hosted at the Cushing Field Complex. Admission varies from event to event. 

The Tsongas Center Box Office accepts cash and all major credit cards for all ticket orders. Checks are acceptable in advance only and may be made payable to: UMass Lowell Athletics. 

Tickets for River Hawk Athletic events at the Tsongas Center are mobile. For more information visit the Tsongas Center information page here. If you cannot access mobile tickets, you can receive printed tickets at the Tsongas Center Box Office at time of purchase or by with an order confirmation number and valid ID. 

Patrons age two (2) years and older must have their own ticket to enter the Tsongas Center or Costello Athletic Center. Any child under two (2) must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.

• Patrons are permitted to purchase tickets up to the event ticket limit.  Accessible seating is located throughout the building depending on the event. Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available on various levels of Tsongas Center, depending on the type of event.

When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation.

All tickets should be treated like cash. The Tsongas Center Box Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. Replacements will only be issued for reserved season tickets requested at least a week prior to the event. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

Away game tickets for the hockey regular season where available, can be found for purchase by visiting the Official Schedule Page of the Hockey program for direct link to the opposing team's visiting fan section.

4. Select the seats you would like to reissue, you can choose all or only certain seats.
5. Select the delivery method
6. Verify the seats you want to reissue and delivery method, then click “Yes Reissue”

To ensure that mailings reach you in a timely manner, changes of address may be made in email to alex_renfrew@uml.edu. Current season ticket holders may also change their account information by logging into their account.

No refunds, exchanges or cancelations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change. 

In the event a River Hawks Athletics game for which you have purchased tickets cannot be played due to a national health emergency, you will be issued a full refund through your original payment method. Should you have any questions, please contact the Box Office at (978) 934-5738.

Tickets may not be purchased for the primary purpose of resale and may be canceled at the discretion of UMass Lowell Athletics and OVG. UMass Lowell Athletics reserves the right to monitor sales and withhold season ticket renewal opportunities or cancel ticket orders from accounts that exhibit activity consistent with that of a ticket broker. Ticket brokers are defined as ticket holders who purchase tickets with the primary intent of reselling their tickets for profit or whose accounts indicate high levels of secondary market activity.
