LOWELL, Mass. – After tallying a last-second goal to stay undefeated in conference play, the UMass Lowell women's lacrosse team (8-2, 2-0 AE) returns home to take on the UAlbany Great Danes (3-7, 1-0 AE) in a rematch of last year's America East Semifinal match on Saturday, March 29.

with two seconds remaining, as the UMass Lowell women's lacrosse team (8-2, 2-0 AE) completed an incredible fourth-quarter comeback to take down the Vermont Catamounts (4-6, 0-2 AE), 14-13, on Saturday afternoon. LEADING THE FLOCK
Catlin paces the offense through ten games, scoring 31 goals alongside five assists for 36 points. Behind her, sophomore
Chloe Bowers' (Whitefish Bay, Wis.) 28 goals are the second most on the team, while Hansen is tied with her with 32 points. Lydon sits fourth with 28 points, while Ruscitti has a team-best 13 assists. Sophomore
Allie Reading (Draper, Utah) leads her squad with 12 caused turnovers, tailed by Catlin who totals 11. Junior
Rachel Stax (Milton, Ga.) has totaled 38 draw controls so far this season, and in net, Kuhn has made 83 saves, good for a .483 save percentage, ranking 19
th in the country through ten games.
AMERICA EAST HONORS
After a strong defensive showing in the conference opener against New Hampshire, freshman
Madison Carter (Baltimore, Md.) was named the America East Rookie of the Week. The week prior, Kuhn was named the America East Goaltender of the Week. In week three, Kuhn earned the same honor alongside Reading who was named the conference's Defensive Player of the Week, marking the second straight week the River Hawks earned the two honors, as Kuhn was the Goaltender of the Week and Carter the Defensive Player of the Week in Week Two. After setting the program's career goals record with an impressive four-goal performance in the season opener win, Catlin was named the America East Offensive Player of the Week in Week One.
SCOUTING UALBANY
The Great Danes enter Saturday's game with a 3-7 record, most recently falling to #16 Clemson 21-8 on Wednesday afternoon. Leading the UAlbany offense is Mikaela Mooney who totals 13 goals alongside a team-best 21 assists for 34 points. Right behind her with 32 points, Dylana Williams tallies 27 goals to lead her squad, while three other Great Danes total double-digit points on the season. Defensively, Delilah Mile posts 15 caused turnovers to lead her team. In net, Grace Cincebox and Quinn McCarthy both have started five games, with Cincebox playing nearly 100 more minutes, making 33 saves while allowing 94 goals for a .260 save percentage.
