BOSTON, Mass. – UMass Lowell field hockey freshman Isabelle Halters (Noordwijk, Netherlands) has been named the last America East Rookie of the Week for 2022.
 
The forward led the River Hawks with four points in a 1-1 week. She first logged an assist in the team's final America East outing of the year, a 4-1 win against California on October 28. She then added a team-high three points on one goal and one assist against Monmouth in the River Hawks' regular-season finale.
 
So far this year, Halters ranks third on the team with 12 points and five goals. She adds two assists, as well.
 
Halters and the River Hawks now head to Orono, Maine for the America East Championship, which begins with a quarterfinal matchup against New Hampshire on November 3 at 3 p.m.
