River Hawks Announce 11 Newcomers For Upcoming Seasom

LOWELL, Mass. – Head Coach Lisa Miller has announced the addition of 11 newcomers to the UMass Lowell women's lacrosse roster for the upcoming season.
 
The incoming class features attackers Jenn McCarry (Ambler, Penn.) and Hailee Lomasney (Peabody, Mass.); midfielders Megan Milkowich (Watertown, N.Y.), Sophia Scialdone (Syracuse, N.Y.), Sofia D'Agostino (Chelmsford, Mass.), Daniela D'Alleva (Peabody, Mass.) and Daia Hansford (Bowie, Md.); defender Frida Turriza (Windham, N.H.); and goalies Madeline Marshall (Pepperell, Mass.), Kendall Whalen (Belmont, Mass.) and Alex Salim (East Islip, N.Y.).
 
"We are excited to welcome this group of River Hawks to the UMass Lowell lacrosse family," stated Miller. "They add a variety of skills and depth to multiple positions. Beyond the field, their recruiting experience was unique given the COVID shutdowns and we are grateful for their efforts to form genuine bonds with each other, the squad, and the coaching staff before arriving. We are looking forward to many good years with this group and their families."
