Â
LOWELL, Mass. – The UMass Lowell women's lacrosse team (4-8, 1-3) welcomes intrastate-foe Harvard for a midweek matchup at Wicked Blue before traveling to New York for a matchup against UAlbany on Saturday.
Â
A WIN WOULD…
A win against the Crimson would give the River Hawks their fifth win of the season. A win would give UMass Lowell its first win in the series history and the program's first win over an institution from Massachusetts.
Â
A win against the Great Danes would be the first against UAlbany and just the second on the road. A win would also be the second conference win this season for the River Hawks, and just the third America East win overall.
Â

Â
BARRETT REACHES MILESTONE, EYES A SECOND
Goalkeeper
Courtney Barrett stopped seven shots in the loss at Iona (3.8). The South Burlington, Vt. native became the first player in program history to reach 500 saves in a career. She sits 57 away from 600, currently, and would need to average 11.4 saves per game over the final nine contests to reach the second milestone.
Â
FINELLI'S STELLAR START
With a career-high six points (2g, 4a) in the River Hawks win against CCSU (3.28),
