SCOUTING THE RIVER HAWKS: UMass Lowell enters the weekend with a 5-17 overall record (0-9 AE), after two home losses to UAlbany (3-0) and Binghamton (3-0) last weekend at Costello Athletic Center. The River Hawks embark on a four-match road trip to end the regular-season schedule, three of which are America East contests.

Katherine Claybaugh (Danville, Calif.) leads the team with a career-high 239 kills and a team-leading 3.27 kills per set, while junior co-captain
Lindsey Visvardis (Homer Glen, Ill.) leads the team with 348 digs and 4.46 digs per set. Claybaugh has amassed 10+ kills in 12 matches for UMass Lowell this season. Visvardis recorded 20 digs in the loss to Binghamton on Saturday night, which marked her fifth 20+ dig performance of the season for the River Hawks. She needs 92 digs to break her career single-season record, which she set in her freshman year (439) in 2015.Â
SCOUTING THE SEAWOLVES: Stony Brook owns a 15-9 overall mark (5-3 AE) coming into Friday's match. The Seawolves have won three of their last five matches, including two America East road victories last week at UMBC (3-0) and at Hartford (3-1). Stony Brook owns a 3-1 record at home in four matches so far this season. Emily Costello leads the team with 246 kills on the season for the Seawolves.Â
SCOUTING THE GAELS:Â Iona owns a 10-17 record (8-7 MAAC) coming into the weekend and have lost three straight matches, which includes a 3-2 loss at Canisius in their most recent match. Jamie Smith led Iona with 15 kills in the match, while Taylor Cole recorded 16 digs. Claire Archibald leads the team with 390 kills and 3.68 kills per set.Â
LAST TIME OUT: The River Hawks fell to Binghamton in straight sets at Costello Athletic Center on Saturday night. The set scores were 27-25, 25-22 and 26-24. The squad honored seniorsÂ

AMERICA EAST LEADERS: Katherine Claybaugh's 3.27 kills per set rank fourth among America East hitters, while her 3.34 kills per set in AE play is third best.Â
Erica Cappellino's 0.37 service aces per set is fourth best in the conference.
Lade Adeniyi's 0.98 blocks per set is tied for best in the league, while her 1.07 blocks per set in conference play ranks fourth. Visvardis' 4.46 digs per set also ranks fourth among AE defensive players and he 4.45 digs per set in AE play rank fourth as well.Â
