The UMass Lowell women's and men's teams, both off losses over the weekend, face American International College tonight - the women in Lowell and the men in Springfield.

Winless in their last three matches, the UMass Lowell women (2-2-2, 1-2-0 NE-10) enter tonight’s clash with AIC following a 2-1 overtime home loss against Adelphi on Saturday. Keanna Santos scored the River Hawks only goal three minutes into the second half.

The loss marked the third straight overtime game for UMass Lowell after consecutive draws at No. 9 Saint Rose (1-1) and at Stonehill (0-0). AIC (2-4-0, 2-2-0 NE-10) has lost two straight - 0-2 at Adelphi and 0-1 at home to Merrimack.

UMass Lowell leads the all-time seies against the Yellow Jackets, 10-6-0, and brings a 10-game win skein into tonight's match. The River Hawks prevailed 1-0 last year in Springfield.

On the men's side, UMass Lowell (1-4-0, 1-2-0 NE-10) looks to recover from Saturday's 1-0 loss at home to Assumption. AIC won last year's match, 4-0, marking its first victory in Lowell since the 1998 season. The Yellow Jackets also won the 2009 clash, 3-2, in Springfield.

AIC (1-3-1, 0-2-0 NE-10) enters the match off consecutive losses at home to Le Moyne (0-1, 2OT) and at Bentley (0-2).

The UMass Lowell men return home Saturday against New Haven at 1:00.
