The UMass Lowell softball team will host a conference doubleheader against Saint Michael's College today on River View Field, beginning at 3 p.m.

The River Hawks stand at 18-14 on the year and 4-6 in conference action. After sweeping New Haven on Saturday, the squad fell to Southern Connecticut twice on Sunday. They are looking to rebound with wins against the Purple Knights, who own a 3-12 record on the year and 1-7 mark in NE-10 play.

UMass Lowell's offense is led by Elyssa Boris (Gardner, Mass.) who also leads the team with 13 wins and a 3.23 ERA. She has amassed a .396 batting average and has blasted a conference-best 10 home runs on the year.

Saint Michael's senior OF Meghan Colitti's .283 average leads the team, while classmate Kate Condon has tallied a team-best 10 RBI. Pitcher Stephanie Frank has amassed a 2.92 record and 2-9 record through 12 appearances.

After today's doubleheader, the River Hawks will hit the road, heading to American International on Saturday for a doubleheader beginning at 12 p.m., followed by a pair of games at Assumption starting at noon on Sunday.
