Looking forward to another fun and successful session, Coach Herenda’s Hoop School has limited space still available for campers to register for the July 19-22 session.

This session will be held at UMass Lowell’s Campus Recreation Center and runs daily from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Registration costs $200.

Coach Herenda’s Hoop School is taught by UMass Lowell Men’s Basketball Head Coach Greg Herenda, his collegiate staff and players, along with local high school coaches.

Students will learn the fundamentals of the game through skill stations, games, and contests with fun prizes, as well.

Each participant can bring their own lunch or order pizza through their camp account. There is also a full concession that offers snacks and drinks to campers throughout the day.

“We have had a great response after the first session and a lot of campers already signed up for the second session,” Herenda said. “I am anticipating another tremendous week of teaching and fun.”
