The UMass Lowell men’s soccer team will take on the Bentley Falcons this afternoon for a Northeast-10 Conference game at 4:00 p.m. on Cushing Field.

The River Hawks (1-7-1, 0-5-1 NE-10) are coming off a double overtime, 1-0, loss to Saint Anselm on Monday afternoon, while the Falcons (6-1-2, 3-0-2 NE-10) are riding a two-game win-streak, most recently a 2-0 victory over Saint Rose on Oct. 2.
UMass Lowell is led offensively by Mohammed Saeed (Woburn, Mass.), Stephen Potcner (Wilmington, Mass.) and Ryan McLeod (Haverhill, Mass.) with one goal apiece and Matheus Candido (Lowell, Mass.) with two assists on the year.
Bentley’s Brennan DaCosta leads the way for the Falcons with three goals on the year, while Weston Zeiner is tied with six points (2g, 2a) to lead the squad, as well. Goalkeeper Mike Nikiforov has started eight of Bentley’s nine matches and has amassed a 0.65 GAA.
After today’s match, the River Hawks will host the Le Moyne Dolphins on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. for a conference match on Cushing Field.
