The UMass Lowell women (11-6, 7-6 NE-10) had a four-game win streaked snapped in the 70-59 loss at Saint Rose, despite 13 points from senior F Jen Valente and 10 apiece from freshman G Bianca Simmons and freshman C Sarah Bennett.
The River Hawks face a Pace team (13-5, 10-3 NE-10) which sits in fourth place in the NE-10 standings and brings a four-game win skein of its own into tonight's clash.
On the men's side, UMass Lowell (12-6, 9-4 NE-10) looks for a return to the win column as it suffered a 93-78 loss at Saint Rose despite 21 points from sophomore G Kyle Caiola and 12 from freshman F Romeo Diaz.
Pace (8-10, 6-7 NE-10) halted a five-game losing skid with a 77-73 victory over Merrimack Sunday at home.
UMass Lowell visits Southern Connecticut Saturday (1:30/3:30) and hosts Saint Michael's Wednesday (5:30/7:30).
