Coach Herenda's Hoop School: President's Day Clinic Registration Form

The postponed Coach Herenda's Hoop School Clinic originally scheduled for Monday, Jan. 18 (Martin Luther King Day) has been rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 15 (President's Day).  The clinic will be held from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and all registration forms from the original clinic date will be honored.

Coach Herenda's Hoop School is also announcing another clinic, to be held on Sunday, March 21 from 12:00-3:00 p.m.  If anyone signed up for the Martin Luther King Day clinic cannot attend the President's Day clinic, their registration can be used for the March 21 clinic, instead.
