Spots are now available for the annual Fall Prospect Camp hosted by UMass Lowell baseball coach Ken Harring on October 11th at LeLacheur Park in Lowell, MA.
The camp, entering its third year, is designed for high school level players to join the experienced River Hawk staff in drills and game situations for local area scouts and college coaches. The players will receive pro-style workouts, strength and conditioning advice, and learn about the recruiting process.
"Our camp offers high school players the opportunity to learn about the college baseball process," said Harring. "They also get instruction from our coaching staff and learn about all aspects of our program."
The cost is $150 per player and each participant will receive a t-shirt in addition to their personal skill instruction. The camp registration form can be found here.
Harring is entering his sixth season as head coach of the UMass Lowell baseball program and has guided the River Hawks to the NCAA Tournament in 2005, 06 and 07 and a five-year record of 149-99.
