(1987) - The top ranked indoor and outdoor hurdler in University of Lowell track history, Cliff Still holds the school records for the 55 meter hurdles indoors (7.1 seconds) and at 100 meters outdoors (13.7 seconds). He holds the ten best times in the 100 meter outdoors and many of the best indoor times at various distances. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in his second year of eligibility.

Indoors, Cliff qualified for the NCAA Division I Championships as a sophomore and junior. He twice won the Eastern League title at 55 meters and the New England Championship as a junior. He placed second at the IC4A Championships and advanced to the semi-finals of the NCAA Championships.

As a sophomore outdoors, Still won the Eastern League Championship (14.16 seconds for the 120 yard high hurdles), was second at the New England Championships, third at the IC4A's and qualified for the NCAA Division II Championships. He defended his Eastern League crown as a junior (14.7 seconds for the 100 meter high hurdles), again finished second at the New England Championships, was fifth at the IC4A's and went to the NCAA Division II meet. His senior outdoor season was hampered by an injury, but he still finished third at the New England Championships.
