The captain exploded for four points in a 6-3 victory over Merrimack, scoring his third goal of the year in addition to three assists. He potted the team's fifth goal of the game after tallying an assist on the second, third and eventual game-winning fourth goal. The performance helped lift the River Hawks to their fourth consecutive win and first Hockey East win of the year.
