SCOUTING THE RIVER HAWKS: UMass Lowell owns a 5-6 overall record (2-2 AE) and currently sit in fourth place in the America East standings, after a 14-7 loss at No. 15 Vermont. The River Hawks will play three of their final four regular-season home games in the friendly confines of Cushing Field Complex where the team owns a 2-3 mark in five home games.

Seniors Jon Phillips (Delta, B.C.) and Matt Balter (Albany, N.Y.) each lead the team with 19 goals apiece. Sean Tyrrell (Calgary, Alta.) leads the River Hawks with a career-high in points (42) and assists (25).  

UMass Lowell has a team ranks second among America East teams with 35.6 shots and 22.8 shots on goal so far this season. The River Hawks also rank second in the conference with 6.6 assists per contest. The River Hawks lead America East with 8.6 caused turnovers per game and also rank second in America East with 34.1 ground balls per contest, which ranks fifth among Div. I teams.

SCOUTING THE BIG GREEN: Dartmouth enters Tuesday's contest with a 2-7 overall mark (0-3 Ivy). The Big Green are coming off a 17-7 to No. 3 Yale at home last Saturday. Dartmouth has lost five straights games and own a 0-5 road record so far this season. George Prince leads the team with 28 points (14g,14a), while Ben Martin leads the team with 18 tallies. 

SCOUTING THE HAWKS: Hartford enters the weekend tilt with a 3-7 overall record and a 0-3 marker in America East play. The Hawks have lost their last three games, including a 14-10 home loss to Binghamton last Saturday. Hartford owns a 2-4 in six road contests so far this season. Griffin Feiner leads the Hawks with 48 points and 33 goals. Justin Huggins ranks second on the team with 27 tallies for Hartford. 

LAST TIME OUT: The UMass Lowell Men's Lacrosse team fell at No. 15 Vermont, 14-7 in America East play on Saturday afternoon at Virtue Field. Freshman Harry Morrill (Hyde Park, Mass.), seniors Sean Tyrrell (Calgary, Alta.) and Jon Phillips (Delta, B.C.) each amassed two goals in the losing effort for the River Hawks.  UMass Lowell trailed the Catamounts, 10-4 at halftime. Freshman goalie Hunter Braun (Hartland, Mich.) made his ninth consecutive start with a 10-save effort, while
senior Will Puduski (Westford, Mass.) added three ground balls and three caused turnovers in the game against the 'Cats.

BRAUN LEADS THE NATION IN SAVE PER GAME: Freshman goalie Hunter Braun owns a 5-5 record on the season with a 11.09 GAA and a .578 save percentage with 141 saves in nine starts for the River Hawks in his freshman campaign. His 14.1 saves per game leads the nation and his 141 saves is most of any America East goalie this season. His .578 save percentage ranks third among conference goalies.

EXTRA MAN OPPORTUNITIES: The River Hawks lead America East with a 55.0% EMO conversion rate (11 for 20), which ranks sixth among NCAA Div. I teams. Jon Phillips has scored seven of the 11 EMO goals (64%) for the River Hawks this season through eight contests.  

AMERICA EAST LEADERS: Sean Tyrrell's 2.3 assists per game ranks second in America East and his 3.8 points per game ranks fourth in the conference. Will Puduski's 1.9 caused turnovers per game leads the league (11th in NCAA) and his 4.6 ground balls per game ranks third best in America East.
