LOWELL, MASS. - The River Hawks are building playoff excitement prior to Game Two of the Hockey East Quarterfinals at the Tsongas Center with a
FREE Fan-Fest event Saturday, March 12 from 4-6pm. Enjoy the fun family activities and more before the River Hawks take on Boston University at 7pm.
The event will feature activities for the whole family, ranging from live music to balloon twisting. Free kids activities include Face Painting by
Fun Face Express, roving magic from
Magic Steve, Cornhole and River Hawks inflatable games, plus the opportunity to explore a Trinity EMS ambulance!
For the adults, this is the perfect pre-game stop to avoid waiting in lines. The Hawkey Way Grille will be set up and you can get your pre-game libations from the Beer Garden. Special River Hawk cocktails will be available, with an ice luge available for those brave enough to indulge.
Food and Beverage are available of purchase - the only part of the Fan Fest that is not free of charge.Fans of all ages will be able to enjoy the music of
Chris O'Donnell, a Merrimack Valley veteran and frequent entertainer at the Athenian Corner amongst other locations.
