LOWELL, Mass. – UMass Lowell Men's Lacrosse Head Coach
Drew Kelleher has stepped down from his role after four seasons, as announced by Director of Athletics
Lynn Coutts on Monday.
"I want to thank Drew for his dedication and leadership of our men's lacrosse program over the past four seasons," said Coutts. "He has been deeply committed to supporting our student-athletes both on and off the field, and we are grateful for the positive impact he has had on the program. We wish Drew and his family all the best in their next chapter."
Kelleher took over the River Hawk program in June of 2022, as the second head coach of the Division I era. In his four years at the helm, he coached seven America East All-Conference selections.
"I'd like to start by thanking my players and coaches here at UMass Lowell," said Kelleher. "I'm so lucky to have worked with such great people who invest every day to be their best. I'd also like to thank the administrators, alumni and families who have been so supportive. I firmly believe that this program is in a good place and wish UMass Lowell tons of success."
